If we manage to secure funding to buy 4-5 extra drums we could be able to run weekend workshops on our own. I think that we are slowly improving to a level of being able to do that! this will generate some income that will allow us to progress further.
Do we seek funding to buy small drums for the group and then there will be no rush for a dojo as they will be portable or do we ask for funding to help fund a dojo but have no drums to put in it but then be able to buy bigger more impressive drums.
The small drum option seems more sensible in the short term although I love the idea of a Dojo and a Odaiko.
